Approximate cooling times:
5-7 pounds 18 -24 hours
8-12 pounds 24-40 hours
13-20 pounds 40-60 hours.

What is Dry Ice?
Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide (-109.3 F)
Facts to remember...
Dry ice is a skin and eye irritant, use gloves to handle. Dry ice is harmful if eaten or swallowed.
Avoid contact with skin, mouth, eyes and clothing. May cause severe frostbite or burns. If eaten or frostbite occurs,
seek medical help immediately.
Dry ice makes carbon dioxide gas as it sublimates (melts).
Do not place dry ice in air tight containers as they may explode. Only use dry ice in open or well ventilated areas,
otherwise a lack of oxygen can occur causing
serious injury or death.
Keep out of the reach of children!
How to use...
1) For freezing place dry ice on top of items to be frozen. If freezing trophy game do not allow direct contact
with trophy. Superficial or freezer burn damage may result.
2) For cooling - place dry ice in bottom of cooler cover with wet ice or insulating material, then place food cans
etc. on top. do not allow direct contact with dry ice.
3) For special effects - use gloves to place small amounts of dry ice in hot water for fog. Use approximately 15
lb. per hour.
4) Other uses:

How to store dry ice:
Use an insulated cooler to store dry ice, Do
not place in working refrigerator or freezer.
